Holy moly did I love this book! This was a phenomenal retelling romance. I loved Blair and Griffin so much.One of the things I also loved was all the detail and illustrations. Fantastic work Pru!

I absolutely love Pru Schuylers books and this one definitely did not disappoint. It’s just absolutely adorable. The storyline was magical and the chemistry between the two characters was fireworks

This book was SO GOOD!I love Pru’s writing, and I love hockey romance books. The retelling spin she added is such a fun extra twist. I absolutely loved this books so much, and cannot wait to see what comes next in the series

This was a cute story and I did enjoy that it had hockey and a beauty and the beast retelling storyline. Disney or fairytale retellings are always either really great or terrible. This was cute and definitely better than others in Disney retellings but it wasn’t memorable and it felt like a lot of it was written a little rushed and the book felt overhyped . I loved this authors previous books including all of the nighthawks hockey series but this just didn’t work for me.Thank you to the author for the early copy.

This was a really sweet and different take on a fairytale retelling of Beauty and the Beast. It had a lot of super cute details, such as the FMC’s best friend being named Lumi (e.g., Lumiere), and the MMC’s staff including a woman named Mrs. Potts and her son Charlie, who goes by the nickname Chip.The story is mostly light and fun, a quick read. There are some elements of stalking, harassment, kidnapping, and minor violence (all related to her ex), so please check the trigger warnings before reading.I loved the tutor aspect and I’m always a fan of a hockey romance. 🥰Some aspects of the story seemed a bit surface-level or underdeveloped, and there were some parts that felt a bit unrealistic. However, it didn’t detract significantly from the overall story and it was still a very enjoyable read.

I really like this book it was kinda a spin off of beauty and the best I love a good sports romance 💙💙

Cute book,loved the pictures so damn adorable this is my first book from Pru Schuyler and she didn’t disappoint can’t wait to read more from her

This was such a good retelling! I loved the college hockey/tutor twist. It was so fun seeing how one of my favorite stories was reimagined.

The cutest retelling ever.It has everything, action, frenemy situations, the whole tension between MCS. The possessive side? 🥵I demolished the book. I couldnt put it down. Usually i am not a fan of retelling books, but this one? Got me hooked from chapter 1. I cannot wait for book 2 in the series. This is my first book by Pru and I am definitely checking her other books. Also is such a beautiful fast paced story. Love the writing, double POV, it was just beautiful 🥹 I need more of them. 🤍🤍

Sweet book,with interesting and engaging story. Likeable characters, witty banter, attraction, chemistry a bit of heat , stalker, violence and love. Personally I think the book was a bit to long and skipped a bit in the middle,but overall enjoyable read.

This book was just amazing, I devoured it.There was so much anticipation for more than one thing throughout the book and you never truly knew when it was coming making it the best kind of story. The slow burn built perfectly throughout the book and I love that it took so long for them to give in to their feelings. This book put me through every emotion possible and I was here for it. The hockey content was plenty as well which you often don't find in hockey romances. I already can't wait for the next books this is one me of my favourites I have read this year.
