LANG Vertical Recipe Album Refill Pages - 12 Sheets - Open Sleeve

I have damaged both of my knees and would do almost anything to avoid surgery. With supplements I often get the greatest sense of the difference they make when I take a break from useage. I typically add this collagen to bulletproof coffee or a protein shake, after 3 weeks of use I took 1 week off. After 3 days I started to notice my knees aching and feeling stiff, after 7 days they hurt when I cycled... I was convinced collagen was for me. This is my second order, the package quality, and contents quality is the same as with my first order. I cannot speak to other benefits of collagen supplementation, but I am not noticing knees are doing great!
