Xylitol Mints Sugar Free Remarkable Mints for Tooth Decay & Oral Health

In comparison to generic store bought gum mint does not last very long. But gets the job done.I used to buy wrigleys Extra White chewing gum which lasts longer but it is packed with sweeteners and leaves strange bloated feeling in the gut.This product however after taking it after a meal it leaves my mouth feeling very neutral like I never ate anything. No sweetener after taste. No acidity.Its not as as sweet compared to generic store bought gum but that is not what what this product is for.Only downside if any is I have to swish the mint around my mouth before it dissolves to get a good effect. (feels like less than a 30 seconds to a minute before it dissolves/crumbles completely.With that said the mint does exactly what its meant to do for me and that is to keep the mouth clean without anything extra between meals.

if you take them while fasting, at least for me, they do break your fast. so there is likely something (maybe maltodextrin, probably) in them with a high glycemic index despite the label saying diabetic friendly.i still take them, but yeah they spike my blood sugar.

I got this to help with dry mouth syndrome at night.It s OK, but is a tablet & doesnt do the trick like the dry mouth gum I bought, Spry.

I found that the artificial sweeterner gave me diarrhea so had to stop

Good for oral health, prevents the film forming over the teeth.

Can be used straight after meals to remove acid. It’s acid that makes teeth bad.

The mints flavour is very subtle. Not really suitable for those who like strong mints. The price is a bit high for the quality. Not impressed at all.

Excellent to have in the car for use pre meetings or for when the kids have not brushed their teeth - they often choose to have one anyway. Does give you that feeling after brushing your teeth. They do what they say and more
