Cross Common NurseryBougainvillea (Pink/red)

Very impressed with this bougainvillea. Arrived in good condition, generously watered, and with plenty of bright bracts. I also appreciate the plant care instruction tag. Hoping to enjoy it for many years to come.

I held off to see if the plant was OK but not very pleased with its growth and leaves have been falling off it so although it is still alive it is not doing very well.

Well packaged and in great condition.

This plant is of a good height about 3ft and it came in flower. I always wanted one of these and shall keep it in my conservatory during the winter. The flowers have gone now as it is the 1st August, but I can see new growth. I replanted it in a tall planter and is outdoors at the present, but will be moved indoors in the Autumn. The price reflects the size of the plant.

Lovely plant - this is now doing very well in a sunny corner on our patio, growing up inside an obelisk. We did repot it, which it didn't like but soon revived. The bracts seem to come out red and then go pink. I think this must depend on the temperature. We intend on bringing it in during the winter.

Not quite the colour in the photograph, if anything more purple. I would have preferred more pink.

Although I have grown bougainvilleas before, I have found them tricky to keep going because they need good light but seem to object to wide temperature changes- not an easy combination to get right. However, the plant I purchased from this supplier was healthy and of a reasonable size so has grown away well without a hitch. It is also a very pretty cerise colour and is ''blooming'' generously.Strongly recommended.

Bought as a present, surpassed all expectations. Excellent service and value. Will certainly use suppliers again. Would certainly recommend to anyone wanting to buy an unusual gift.
