So far I have taken this nightly since receiving it and I like plenty of things about it. The pills are easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. I’m glad that it has a variety of magnesium to help with my overall well being. I also sleep well when I take this and have no more leg cramps. This is a great product and I recommend it.

First time trying Spectrum 5 Magnesium last night. I normally just take Magnesium Glycinate. I slept like a baby! And was quite "regular" this morning. The issues I've had with that have been very annoying. So far, so good. I'm liking this product! Edited: This is THE BEST Magnesium supplement I've ever used. Sleeping like a baby and my gut had gone down significantly - because for the first time in my life - I am "regular!" Gentle relief every morning. Like clockwork!

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this Complex Magnesium has made a real difference for me. I've felt noticeably calmer, and it's helped reduce my anxiety without making me feel drowsy. I'm so glad I gave it a try and will definitely keep using it!

In my opinion it's a great vitamin, personally I have not experienced any difference by using it, however I will continue to use it and see what comes out of it by using this product.
