Fills the Room with Sound
took a little bit of time to figure the mode switch, which is also the volume control. All good, and I really like the quality of the sound. I got these specifically to listen to some old vinyl and the quality of both highs and lows was great.

Surprisingly good sound, well built
I will preface with the fact that I am not an audiophile but I did inherit a pretty rad vinyl collection and some hifi equipment. The speakers were in need of new seals, so I am learning to restore them, but in the meantime I wanted something to spin some tunes and also connect my phone. These are well built speakers and have a warmer/richer tone than I expected. I really like that there is no static or interference noise when they are powered but idle. I like that I can use the full volume range with no distortion. I also appreciate that there is no voice prompt for Bluetooth (pairing, paired, disconnected, etc). There is a subtle drum tone when connecting/disconnecting, which is classy. When streaming I do miss the sub range when listening to modern punchy hip hop, and wish this had a sub out, but I knew this going in. When I play podcasts or audiobooks, the voices are clear at all volumes (but encoding and quality of source audio is evident). But seriously....I put on some Mahler and was impressed with the depth and range of these tiny 30w speakers. Wow.Don't expect this to fill a large living room, they are good for a bedroom or office where you are in a near range. I think they will eventually be a nice looking and sounding addition in my office for playing music and are a good value for the money.
