I love this supplement which I've been taking for a while now and can definitely say that it has been a big help in reducing my tiredness levels.While I would use it again, I think the price has gone up a bit recently, and it's getting quite expensive now at 45 pounds for a month supply. I still like the effects though.

I think these have helped me a decent amount. I feel like I have more energy and feel less tired in the afternoon, which will no doubt be down to the B Vitamins in this product. I suspect the idoine in my case will have helped me personally too.Very easy to take, its only one capsule per day, as a 30 day supply.It's a very expensive product compared to other supplements, so I'm hoping the price tag reflects a very high quality product. It's supported by science, but I can't find out where to check this and see just what "science" is been used.It seems to work so far, so I'd recommend it. Priced at £44-99 for 30 capsules or a month's supply it is not cheap. Apparently, it is a precursor or such like for NMN and optimises NAD+. I have taken it for a month and am already taking NMN in powder form at a gram a day. I ordered the NMN from a friend in Finland who is some sort of chemist and makes it very pure. I have been taking NmN for over 2 months and now this supplement for a month. My friend in Finland says he doesn't make this supplement as it's not a very stable chemical so it's hard to get it to be in a 'live ' form for consumers. Having taken both of these I have noticed absolutely no effect at all whatsoever. I would expect for $45- a month to notice something and I didn't, possibly other people notice something but in my case nothing. It's not the elixir of youth. I do take a vast array of peptides, vitamins and even HGH at 4iu a day and the HGH is the only thing that I notice a difference with. But the other things are just vitamins to balance out my diet and creatine for my workouts. Personally, I won't be spending £45- a month on this but others may like to give it a try.

Die 1-MNA Complex Kapseln hinterlassen bei mir insgesamt einen positiven Eindruck. Die Kapseln sind hochwertig verarbeitet und lassen sich dank ihrer glatten Oberfläche sehr leicht einnehmen. Sie sind schon etwas größer, aber ungefähr normale Kapselgröße für Nahrungsergänzungsmittel. Verunreinigungen, Staub oder offene Kapseln konnte ich nicht finden.Der Geruch der Kapseln ist zwar etwas unangenehm, aber das stört mich persönlich nicht besonders, da ich nicht sehr empfindlich bin, und während der Einnahme merkt man davon kaum etwas. Die Kombination aus 1-MNA und den enthaltenen Vitaminen ist vielversprechend, allerdings kann ich nach der bisherigen Anwendung keine sofortige Wirkung feststellen. Das ist jedoch oft der Fall bei Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, die eher langfristig unterstützen sollen.Die Kapseln sind aus der Perspektive eine Laien schon nicht gerade günstig.
