Basic mat. So far very durable and comfortable. Firm enough to do exercise like Pilates on comfortably (especially with poor knees). Lightweight and easy to carry around. Surface is a little slippery. Definitely recommend for the price point.

The quality of this workout item is amazing and such a good price. The size is big enough to lay completely out on Bu able to put it in my closet and store away and take it in my car it easily folds up and the black color prevents stains . It fold out in one quick move and is so easy to use and fold back up. It is solid and enough cushion for comfort

Pretty thick! It’s super firm so you don’t sink when putting all your body weight on it. Decently long. Came tri folded in the box. Has handles for carrying when folded and yes, like another reviewer posted, there are no connecting points to use more than one together. But for a single mat, not bad! Not super huge when folded for easy storage.

I'm using this CAP Barbell exercise mat on my too-soft bed so I can continue my physical therapy at home. It works really well. It's firm, but not hard. It is long and wide enough for me. It has handles and folds easily. It fits in a space between my bed and a chest of drawers. I can't think of anything I don't like about it.

Light weight, sturdy, and easy to unfold, fold, and carry around. I quite like it design wise, although I would have preferred the foam in the mats to be much stiffer and denser than what was actually used. It is not as protective when the foam buckles so easily. The foam should be much denser. The foam, because it is so soft, probably won't last in springiness more than a year.I will look to buy dense foam and restuff the mat when the foam in this one wears out as the design is so convenient.

This is fantastic. It's thick and just the right amount of firmness. This is life changing. I love it. I'm so glad it folds instead of rolls.

OMG..... Talk About Amazing Product.... So I believe in real honest reviews.... I weigh about 300lbs.... I have a bad back & horrible knees.... I bought this mat to be able to meditate as well as exercise..... I need support & to be comfortable.... I struggle with getting on the floor as well as getting off of it.... Most things that say they support heavy people do not be using REAL heavy people because half the time there's no stability & everything goes flat.... If you know then you know.... But I can honestly say when I laid this mat out I didn't know what to expect.... It was sooo soft & comfortable i almost wanted to make it my new bed.... Lol it gave me GREAT support.... & made me feel like i could conquer whatever I was gonna do with this mat.... The price was amazing as well.... So please don't raise it....
