I bought this for my husband and he absolutely loves it. He no longer carries a traditional wallet, this one has completely replaced it. He even enjoys the reactions he gets when people see him pull it out and ask what it is. The quality is great, it feels solid, and it’s so compact. It keeps everything he needs without the bulk. A really great purchase.

The greatest IMO, very strurdy minimalist Card and Cash Strap Wallet very Niice but pricey though, can get similar alternative for far less but if you like RIDGE, then no comparison to others

This is a neat bit of kit for carrying cards, less so in my view for carrying cash but then this is really a card wallet. Hence 4 stars rather than 5 as I like to be able to carry both safely. Strong and durable aluminium casing and the card holding mechanism feels very tight and strong. The cash note strap works okay but I do have the feeling that it will not retain notes as well as it ages but nothing lost so far in these early days.

Excellent quality.But with 12 cards in it is tricky to use without getting all your cards out,a bit daunting in a busy public place.but if you are prepared to take out only the cards you need with a bit of practice it is very good.it is so light and unintrusive i often forget which pocket its in.in short i would recommend this product to my friends

I returned this. Magnets very poor. There is a cheap stick - on attachment for iPhone (which then ruins MagSafe functionality for all other devices) - but even this is not particularly strong magnetically. I doubt the elastic band which cheaply binds the wallet together would last a lifetime. Basically I was shocked at the cost of this for what amounts to 2 pieces of metal, an elastic band and poor magnets. There are So many alternatives available which are better for a fraction of the price.

I've been using this for a while now. I added a credit card-sized tracker too. Everything has been working perfectly. The cards are easy to extract, even if you need a "middle" one. The wallet is a quality build and I expect to use it for years. Highly Recommended.

Decent wallet. Slim and straight to the point. Mines thick because I carry so many cards but the footprint over all is def reduced. I like cash to so the cash band is perfect

From carrying a big bulky wallet in my back pocket. Was looking for something small and light. Fits great in my front pocket and holds everything I need in a daily basis. Much different than a traditional wallet and will take some getting used to. So far love it!

Il "The Ridge" è ormai un'istituzione nel mondo dei portafogli minimalisti: due placche tenute insieme da elastici robusti per chi vuole dire addio al "mattone" nelle tasche. Questa "versione" cerca di alzare l'asticella aggiungendo la compatibilità MagSafe, promettendo di trasformare il portafoglio e il telefono in un'unica entità inseparabile. L'idea di fondo è quella di avere un porta carte compatto che, all'occorrenza, si aggancia magneticamente al retro dello smartphone. Diciamo che se cercate un'attrazione fatale tra telefono e portafoglio, qui siamo più dalle parti di una tiepida frequentazione occasionale. 😅 Pro: • Estetica e colore ★★★★★ (5 stelle): Ho scelto la variante verde opaco e devo ammettere che dal vivo è semplicemente splendida. Il verde è il mio colore preferito e questa tonalità "oliva" riesce a essere elegante e tattica allo stesso tempo, senza risultare banale. • Qualità costruttiva ★★★★ (4 stelle): Se avete già maneggiato un The Ridge, sapete cosa aspettarvi. La struttura è solida, i materiali sono ottimi e non c'è alcuna differenza qualitativa rispetto ai modelli classici senza MagSafe. È il solito, indistruttibile "carro armato" per le carte di credito. Contro: • Estrazione delle carte ★★★ (3 stelle): Personalmente preferisco di gran lunga il "meccanismo" di Aviator Wallet, più pratico e comodo. • Forza del MagSafe ★★ (2 stelle): Qui arrivano le note dolenti. Il magnete è presente, ma è decisamente poco "magnetico". Su cover lisce o direttamente sul retro del telefono, il portafoglio tende a scivolare troppo facilmente, rendendo l'aggancio poco sicuro per un uso quotidiano spensierato. • Mancanza di innovazione reale ★★ (2 stelle): Manca quel cosiddetto effetto "wow". A parte il magnete (che funziona così così), non c'è nessuna caratteristica che lo renda un prodotto immancabile o spettacolare rispetto alla versione standard. • Prezzo esagerato ★ (1 stella): Il costo è davvero troppo alto per quello che offre. Trovo ancora più assurdo il prezzo del solo "kit" (venduto sul sito ufficiale) per convertire un "vecchio" Ridge in MagSafe, una cifra che definirei totalmente fuori di testa. ➟ Conclusioni In definitiva, resta un ottimo porta carte minimalista se lo valutiamo scollegato dalla sua funzione principale di questa variante (ossia il MagSafe). È comodo per gestire le tessere e, all'occorrenza (ma sottolineo, solo all'occorrenza e con molta cautela), è "attaccabile" allo smartphone (magari a cena a casa di amici oppure seduti ad un tavolo, ecc.). Tuttavia, considerando la debolezza dei magneti e l'assenza di vere novità, ritengo che per essere un "buon affare" dovrebbe costare intorno ai 69€, non oltre.
