I read the reviews and was hesitant to order. I ordered it anyway. When it arrived I was shocked to sewe it as some reviewers mentioned. It was folded in half and air sealed. it could not have been thicker than 1.5 inch thinck. I started to feel that I had made a mistake. However, after cutting the air sealed bag, I noticed the item started to expand it evolved to spec as described. This foot rest is just what I was looking for. I can feel the difference. My feet are feeling more comfortable. Yes I would order it again. For some reason the black one is more expensive.

I can't rate pain relief because I haven't had any pain to relieve. It's soft enough to be comfortable but not so soft that it's squishy. I could even use it for a headrest if I were lying on the floor to do exercises. It's a nice size and easy to move around. It would be nice if it had a strap on one or both ends to make it easier to grab from under my desk, but I'm not going to give it fewer stars because of that. Overall, it's worthy of five stars. It's under my desk with my feet on top as I write. It gives my feet good support.

I picked this up to create a landing spot for my feet under my desk. I have low back issues, and sometimes deal with calf pain from my calf being flexed for an extended period of time. This helps create a much more ergonomic setup. This product appeared to be the best value for the price. If you think you might need this, you won't regret it.

Don’t freak out like me and think this little thing will never get bigger or firmer. It does. Works great. Doesn’t slip around but easy to reposition. I can tell a difference with my back now that my position has been corrected.

The foam is a good balance between being supportive and soft. I wish it was a bit taller and longer but this is the largest foam rest I found on Amazon. I have a chair that is a bit too tall for me and the foot rest allows my feet to rest on something instead of hanging down.
