Really cute pack of party hats in a range of colours! They are fairly small, and so would be suitable only for smaller children - although adults could definitely wear them for a laugh as a mini hat...that being said, I got these for my dogs birthday! Absolutely perfect for a medium or large sized dog for a little birthday photoshoot. (Obviously not suitable for dogs that would be stressed by something like this, but if you're looking for props for your birthday doggo and are as daft as me, then this pack is perfect.) The 'Happy Birthday' banner is also so pretty, in lovely colour with ice creams, bunting and hearts.The pack comes neatly flat packaged for you to assemble the hats yourself which is easy to do.Only thing that it could've been better, was if the banner was already assembled. I had to pop out the holes on each letter, and thread them onto the string individually. Would also recommend putting a piece of tape on the end of the string to stop it fraying, to thread the letters with ease.Overall, a really affordable cute pack, and essential decoration for kids (or dogs) birthday parties! Would recommend 🌟

Bought these for a child's birthday party and they're fantastic. You do have to put the hats together and add the fluffy top as well as tie the 'happy birthday' banner together, but either way it's a bargain and great.
