Wish this company offered a regular lid as an option when ordering. Childproof lids can be difficult for anyone with weakened hands or inflamed joints to open.Borage Oil is a great source of GLA, a type of Omega 6 fatty acid, but be sure to balance with an equitable amount of Omega 3 fatty acids, especially if taking to help inflammation.

I have never tried borage oil, but after some research I decided to give it a go. If you've ever done research on borage oil, theres a long list purported benefits. I wanted this for my skin and inflammation. The capsules are easy to swallow. They're not small, but not a horse pill. I don't notice any flavor or taste. However, when I take these, I get nauseated. I have a sensitive stomach, so that could be it. I did read nausea is side-effect. I think this brand has good quality and is a good value, but I dislike being nauseated and am unsure if I'll continue using these.
