I’ve been on the hunt to find 100% soy candles and happened across this brand. I got the bubbly champagne scent and it’s definitely one of my favorite scents! I personally don’t think it’s too intense/overpowering of a scent either. I think the barrel packaging is cute but some may not like it. It’s also a decent size and I’d definitely buy again.

Very nice and smell like a real rose

Aside from being smaller than I'd imagined, despite the candles measurements being noted on the products page, I can't believe the complete lack of any discernible scent from this candle. Save your money. Buy a different candle. It's a terrible value. Actually there's no value.

I got this candle on sale, and while it’s not super strong, it smells amazing. The cherry and violet are sweet and fruity. Would buy again. Especially coming in a metal tin instead of glass, and soy.

There are many different factors and features associated with these types of heat lamps (that abound on Amazon in myriad sizes, shapes and pricing - - mostly due to the fairly recent craze of these nifty, practical and rather inexpensive decorative items that are sure to elicit favorable comments from any houseguests and visitors).Just as a coffee-maker appliance needs the additional coffee to make it a functional device, so similarly do these aforementioned heat lamps need large-volume, fragrance-imbued wax products (like this one currently under my review) to become functional. So, accordingly, here are some of the more relevant factors I've noted that might help any prospective Amazon buyer choose one of these wax variants that are targeted to work with an already owned, or purchase-contemplated lamp gem for their own personal application:1) These voluminous 'candle' wax products usually come in - - more-or-less - - three basic sizes. 7–8 ounces, 11–12 ounces or the 'jumbo-sized' 22 ounce versions. They come in three distinctively different source-derivatives that make up their major raw-material constituents - - namely Soy, Beeswax or from a Petroleum-based variant (please see more about the implied differences between them below). All of these varieties are sold in a huge choice of selections on Amazon.2) Since these volume-sized wax offerings are diagonally-sized to fit on all of the smallish round bottom lamp 'platform' bases (basically 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 inches in width), I've only previously seen them in the more common and IMO more practical, glass jar containers. This one under review comes in a less characteristic metal container, more like a soda can size and shape by way of comparison. While true that metal is less fragile than glass, especially if inadvertently dropped on a hard floor, I find the glass heats up a bit faster (thus commencing the ambient dispersal of the aromatic fragrance room-wide in a quicker fashion). Besides, an added feature of glass is that its transparency allows for an impressive, eye-catching glow coloration once the hot halogen bulb works its heating magic upon the top surface of the resultant liquid wax. The opaque metal containers, albeit snazzy-looking like this one I'm reviewing, provide little additional cosmetic 'side effect' as the aforementioned glass ones do.3) Regarding my reference, in item #1 above, to the differences and benefits between the three different wax variants that exist in today's fragrance wax market, here's my 'take' as to what I've accumulated 'knowledge-wise' re these different wax varieties: The Soy and Beeswax versions are both derived from different natural sources. The petroleum-based types are usually a lot less expensive than the other two, but they come with a highly relevant caveat - - that being the 'ability' to produce toxic fumes when the heat-initiated source is from the included alternative cotton wick-flamed heating method. The former natural Soy and Beeswax products will not emit any toxicity into the surrounding air if match/flame initiation is employed - - which is probably why these more expensive varieties are offered for public 'consumption'.However, not to worry (and this is a huge consideration), the super-hot, halogen-produced heat source will NOT adversely affect the much more economical petroleum-based iterations as they're 'flameless', safer and therefore don't come in direct contact with the melting wax (as the potentially hazardous flame/wick contact does). Needless to say, this ingenious heating technology will also not adversely affect either the Soy or Beeswax varieties.4) Amazon offers an enormous selection of these candle-wax product types, especially in volume sizing and the all-important fragrance varieties. This offering came in a rich lavender version, and our guest bedroom has never been more desirable to enter since its arrival and placement therein. It provides a mellow and soothing ambient atmosphere, and I've yet to hear any 'complaints' from any overnight guests.5) I previously mentioned that this item comes in a 'soda-can-like' styled metal container. While I still prefer the glass jar versions, this 'cute little guy' tends to mimic a miniature 55 gallon drum in style - - what with its 'catchy' circular ribs that twice surround its compatible, violet-colored surface (which does make for a rather unique, elegant presentation - - in spite of my stated preference for the glass jar versions).6) Since this item comes in the 'middle-of-the-road' 11 ounce size, it's purported by the seller, on his informative and graphically-pretty Amazon marketing webpage, that it will last up to 70 hours of usage time. Most of my larger 22 ounces petroleum-based versions last up to 150 hours, so I guess that his estimation is rather an accurate one.Of particular NOTE: anyone contemplating purchasing a heat lamp version on Amazon, should pay particular note if it includes a 'dimmable' halogen bulb feature, as many of them come in three, adjustable heat/brightness selective modes - -each in turn offering varying degrees of ambient fragrance emission, bulb longevity, all while affecting the overall 'lifetime' durability of the fragrant wax as well.

The media could not be loaded. I’m obsessed with candles and when I saw the scandal, I had to buy it because it looks like a barrel. It came wrapped well with a beehive style wrap to prevent breaking.The scent is very nice however it doesn’t spread inside the room very much and it stays in a smaller diameter around the candle.style of the candle itself is very nice as it’s a unique style I see for the first time.The color of the candle which is the barrel was purple in the shade of the purple was very flattering.The candle is still burning so it lasted for a good time for me.It’s a good product for the price

i really liked the smell and style of the can container. it also burned for a long time, or it seemed to, probably because the fragrance is strong and I didn't have to burn it for a long time and the scent stayed around for hours after blowing it out. i think the price point for this candle is fair because of the strength of the fragrance, the burn time and the container, it's on par with other major brands that are much larger but require you to burn longer for fragrance.
