The product is a bit different from the previous one I used to get.The con: is a bit less effective however if you use as per the instructions you will get quite a good results.The strength: it's gets colder so quicker which is saving so much of time.Overall I am satisfied and will order it again.Thanks Amazon

The product description says that it is designed for professional body face arm and legs hair removal. I bought this expensive wax only to realize that it does NOT work on larger areas such as legs and arms. It dries up within seconds and cannot be spread on more than an inch of the skin even when I am using a wax heater to keep it liquified. Since the product quality is good I think that it might work on smaller areas such as face and armpits. But if you are looking for something for full body hair removal, please find some other product.A word for the seller: Please do not use false advertising to lure customers. It will only tarnish your reputation.

Product is really good and I am using this since 4 years. But earlier the quality was better to what they are providing today. And it is bit more costly. Otherwise product is miracle. I recommend to everyone who is struggling with facial hair and other sensitive areas

Wax is pretty good, you need a proper heater to use it properly. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is that the seller gave me white chocolate wax instead of the one I ordered (dark chocolate)😂😂

Best product by far.. I must recommend it to all the girls out there who struggle with ingrown hairs..it leaves the skin soft and fair.. totally worth the money
