Breathe Healthy C2 AE Masks Running

I have cold induced asthma and this product is a wonderful. When its freezing outside, I simply slip this on my mouth and I am ready to go. Very comfortable and keeps my breath nice and warm. Easy to wash and not itchy like so many of them can be. I love the fleece pattern. Nice product.

Gave it a 4 only because it kept my face warm when I kept it from sliding down or up on my face. Although it has adjustments to help make it fit they didn't help.

I order the adult mask! It is huge on me. Yes, it will keep you warm and cozy in the winter. I hate the ear straps. I can see why people complain about the beads missing. They are so easy to take off the mask. I love the double sides and it is so easy to just put in the wash machine.

What a difference this made! I have been run training for over 2 years trying overcome my asthma. Although I have made progress, it's been slow and frustrating. Up to this past week, I could only run for ~1/3 mile, even when trying to keep a very modest pace. I ordered this mask for a morning 5k in early February, not expecting it to improve my performance, but hoping it would mitigate the effect of cold, dry air causing my airways to seize. I was ecstatically shocked that ran the entire first mile before having to slow to a walk. After recovering, I was able to run again for a significant distance. (If you're just looking for something to keep your face warm, it does that, too. But there are other products that cover the neck and ears as well.) It is well made, comfortable and stays on. I was very skeptical about the ear straps, but they worked and did not bother me.

This just looks horrible. Could have made those ugly white elastic straps a little nicer looking - even black would have been better. Looks like 2 big garters stuck on your ears. It does keep the cold air at bay. Yea, i know this is to help those of us with breathing difficulties and i might use it when no one is around but i will use a scarf in public. For me, this is just miserable...
