I originally left a 3 star review due to a tiny issue I experienced with the C part not wanting to stay securely connected to the USB part causing my connection to cut in & out if I moved my laptop at all. I also stated that other than that the adapter worked well. The company reached out to me very kindly & offered me a full refund. They take the time to read each review & they genuinely care about their products & their customers experiences. I will for sure be purchasing from this company again because I know now that they value me as a customer as well as their own products.

0 for 2 with these, try a different option.
Bought 2 of these, one had intermittent connection issues because of the usb c to usb a connector on the end, the other had zero upload speed. These were tested on both a pc and a chromebook with usb 3.0. Promptly returned. Got 2 amazon basic usb 3 to ethernet adapters instead that work fine on the same devices.
