This is a terrific follow-on book for those who have been through the introductory ADHD books. It is based on his podcast and features all kinds of knowledge from experts. And the advice is more sophisticated than other good, but more ADHD beginner books. The knowledge really helps me understand myself and others. I believe we are all on a "spectrum" of sorts with our "alphabets" (ADHD, ODD, ADD, PTSD, etc.) and this book just helped me learn. I was diagnosed at 72. I masked all my life and wondered why was it So difficult for me and why did it seem I was hurting myself? Forget that! My ADHD has helped me and probably more ways than I know.
