Beyblade X Stadium + Beys
Exactly what you would expect: the Takara Tomy Stadium - bigger than the Hasbro one - and 2 beys - Dran Buster and Wizard Rod + 2 winder launchers. Delivery was pretty fast, especially considering I placed the order on 28th of December and it arrived after 2 days. Really recommend if you don't own a Takara Tomy Stadium yet (pluse the orange X-Line color is class).

All you need to start off the beat Beyblade experience.
The Takara Tomy (TT; a Japanese toy company) Beyblade X Battle Entry Set comes with the standard Xtreme Beystadium which is larger in size than the Hasbro version, 2 winder launchers with ripcords, and 2 X-gen beyblades (Japanese spinning tops). My set arrived safe and unscathed despite the apparent damage to the box and package during shipment. The Beystadium comes with a safety shroud to protect you from flying metal Beyblades while they are zooming around and colliding at high speeds. It was easy to figure out the correct orientation to attach the transparent plastic shroud to the white plastic stadium base since it can only fit on one way. The plastic is of the quality you can expect from TT, flexible yet sturdy enough for our needs. It attaches at four specific areas via 4 small black clasps that look more akin to the Hasbro style stadium clasps for whatever reason. I found it rather hard to push the clasps into place but with enough force they went in nicely and hold rather firmly. In my testings, the Beyblade X beys were able to use the accelerator rails gimmick cohesively and the 2 corner pockets or “Over Zone” pockets were able to catch and slow knocked out beys for an “Over Finish” (worth 2 points for the ‘blader’ who knocked it out). The larger central pocket called the “Xtreme Zone” is where a blader gets awarded 3-points for knocking the opponent into it, and this act is called an “Xtreme Finish.” Although it does not always fully catch beyblades that are knocked out of the stadium like the Over pockets, I still do not consider this to be a dangerous thing. The orange gear tracts surrounding edges of the white stadium floor are the “accelerator rails.” This accelerator tract leads beys by the “bit” (the lower sprocket part of the Beyblade that makes contact with the stadium floor and rails) gear teeth to speed around at a faster pace and, in theory, collide with the other Beyblade in the center of the stadium, knocking it towards the Over and Extreme Zones. The rails allow attack type beys to push out opponents but also allow for defense, balance, and stamina type beys to counterstrike, and it also allows for self-KOs as well. Sometimes the beys get trapped in weird places, like on the side of or behind the rail tract and then inevitably grinding down to a “Spinout Finish” or “Survivor Finish,” (the out-spinning blader is awarded 1-point). When the Beys “burst,” come undone, or fall apart during battle, it is called a “Burst Finish” (2 instant points for the blader who caused the burst to happen) supposedly in honor of the previous Burst generation of Beyblade. The 2 winder beylaunchers that come with this are of a great quality, and much better than the really tiny ones that come with certain starter sets (like the ones Hasbro has been known to use as a cost-cutting measure). One of them is a white and black launcher with a black ripcord, the other is a black launcher with a yellow ripcord (the ripcords are perfectly interchangeable if you want to switch things up). Lastly, the 2 beyblades that come with this set are both very good: Dran Buster 1-60A (Accel bit), and Wizard Rod 5-70DB (Disk Ball bit). As an attack type, Dran Buster’s has a critical hit gimmick that attempts a 1-hit K.O. smash attack against it’s opponent with its 1-sided blade protrusion lining up the weight distribution with its 1-sided ratchet, and also makes good use of it’s flat and speedy Accel bit which intentionally sacrifices stamina for speed and power. Wizard Rod on the other hand uses the opposite battle strategy as a stamina type bey, and it is lauded as somewhat overpowered (OP), and is even considered by many to be the dominant force in competitive play in the current meta. It uses a 5-pronged ratchet and a different-looking (‘unique,’ I guess) bit, Disk Ball (DB) which can last for a considerable time if left spinning unchallenged. For those wondering about DB’s performance, no, I do not see any scraping issues with it. In conclusion, this is the perfect set for anyone to start off their Beyblade X experience. I think that the TT Xtreme stadium is already the best, and coupled with the fact that that set comes with the best performing Beyblades to date, there is no reason NOT to get this set if you don’t already have an Xtreme Beystadium; With Beyblade X, the heart of the game is with the accelerator rail, and this Beystadium was able to accomplish the full utilization of that embodiment: The Beyblade X Beys were able to interact properly with the accelerator rail gimmick the way they were intended to do so. Before opening this UX (Unique Line) set, I was hoping to see features that make the game feel new and interesting: and… Yeah it was better, and this is my only criticism but I’m just not so sure it is “unique.” This is because I feel it is the same Xtreme Stadium mould as the other Xtreme Stadium sets, and the beys do similar things as the previous Beyblade Burst generation designs did, but don’t get me wrong because that is not such a bad thing at all. When compared to the other Hasbro Beyblade X stadium set I obviously find this set to be better because these Beyblades not only follow the path of the accelerator rail as they race across the stadium and collide with each other, but that the battles here are longer in duration and are more balanced out. The fact that this set comes with the premier elite UX beyblades does also make this a better deal, but I assert that it is actually the battle dynamic of the TT stadium that I maintain is that very core aspect which makes it a worthwhile experience. Now is it worth it to purchase this stadium at a premium price? Maybe, maybe not. It really is up to your own personal preference. For me, I see this Takara Tomy Beyblade X UX-04 Battle Entry set as the best that Beyblade X has to offer right now, and this is due to the all-around performance of the bey-lanchers and beyblades that it comes with, and especially the exciting matches between bladers that come with these parts as a result. The only thing left for me to say here is…. 3 2 1, Go Shoot!

TT Stadiums are great, and Wizard Rod is the META
Coming from the US, we've been having to deal with Hasbro's stadiums which are all right. We've got a cheap bucket that is awful and seems to amplify the noise beyblades make - it's also really bouncy. We've also got a more tournament-esque stadium, which is stylish and fun, but it's also a bit small, wide, and weirdly cramped, making it hard to retrieve beyblades when they fall into a pocket. This, and the other Takara Tomy Stadiums by contrast and fantastic, they're a bit hard to transport because of their size, but...they are also *big* which is nice, and the...I guess "Burst shield?" is a lot taller as well, making it easier to actually grab beyblades out of the pocket. Also, this Stadium comes with Dran Buster *and* Wizard Rod, that is an unbelievable combo. Dran Buster is awesome, both in design and it's power. I'll admit I haven't played around with it as much as I'd have liked yet, but I'm pretty sure it's tournament viable at least, maybe not the greatest, but you can have a lot of fun with it and Wizard Rod.... Wizard Rod is *literally* the META right now (Most Effective Tactics Available) Although Silver Wolf is coming for the crown, Wizard Rod is nearly unbeatable, and I know that right now TT has been kinda scrambling to make Beyblades to re-balance the game after Wizard Rod utterly destroyed the META lol. So, this is a great value package.
