Best torch and durable long lasting

The product is good. I charged it for 18 to 20 hours for the 1st time and still testing its durability by keeping it on a low light mode. It's been approx 4 hours now, the torch is on without any interruptions. I will edit reviews again after some time. ============================================== After charging of around 18 to 19 hours for the 1st time as suggested in instructions on the product box, I have tested this Torch with low light mode for approx 9 hours continuously without any interruption, and it worked well. Till 8 hours it worked fine in low light mode while after 8 hours it turned a little low in throwing its density of light. As the company promised on the product box, it gives 8 to 10 hours battery backup, and I hereby agree with the notes mentioned by Wipro Company. I have tested this product and satisfied with its results. It's worth value for money. I have posted photos after testing. It'd be advisable to keep the product charged when not in use at every 2 to 3 months as mentioned on the box. After 1st charge for around 18 to 20 hours, it would be advisable "as mentioned on the box" to charge the product for around 6 to 8 hours for reliable output. Thank you, Wipro!!! I am giving 4 Stars here instead of 5 because the seller has reduced prices by 10% on the same day, after selling me the product.

Good product

Very good product with a very long and bright beam of light

Extremely fragile specially the knob which controls the plug...looks like it may break within half a dozen uses and so I have left the plug out permanently. Light switch also looks delicate. But all said and done, it works quite well though in low light it lasts only for a few hours before it begins to get really dim. It works as an emergency light as well...for this, you have to first charge the lamp by plugging into a power source with light switch off. Once charged, the indicator turns green. Now turn on the light switch with power on...the lamp will turn on automatically when the power fails.

It's been 7 years now and still works. The only weakness is the inbuilt 2 pin charging which is flimsy.
