The Book of Shadows: White, Red and Black Magic Spells

The description of the book looked promising, the book itself was not. I assume it was made with love and dedication, but it surely wouldn't have hurt to have someone do a grammar and spell check before publishing it. At the very least, there's one error per sixteen pages. Sometimes it's two on one page. It's very frustrating to read. The book itself is also rather chaotic here and there: the lay-out, spacing and subjects could all have been ordered better. It also has several repetitive areas that add nothing. The book is also inconsistent, for example: for all the Futhark runes it mentions the associated stones, except for the last rune (Othala). For the Othala rune the information seems to be cut off.I wanted to love this book, but it was just a big disappointment for me.

Dominant, influential, steady, conscientious and imaginative. Roughly a section per page in bold type. Very readable. Worth having on your shelves.

I love this book! I stumbled across it whilst looking for the key of Solomon and other occult books.I love this book because it’s really easy to follow which is perfect for beginners. I’m sure for a more advanced practitioner this would all be a bit too easy. But for anyone starting out in the craft or such as myself (practicing for two years now) this is a really easy well put together book. I’m currently adding things from this BOS into my own!Highly recommend!
