Needed something I could use at night, for the price product is very durable an does the job as needed.

As noted in other videos, weights are very much skewed from regular weights (purchase much higher then you would map to dead weight), but quality of bands and options of handles, band covers etc was good. The protection band if your using around abrasive pipe is too small (thickness and length: only fits 3 bands and pile no more than 1-2" diameter would be protected). The other issue is band connections to clip is square and with ring and that square connector, many exercises it is abrasive and rubs raw when it touches you during the pull. I ended up using small towl and wrapping /taping ends/rings. But this overall has been a great product.

Positive and negative contractions are essential. This gives the workouts of a cable machine in a small bag. The resistant weight is a great option.

I didn’t think these would be effective. I was oh so wrong. Durability was like nothing I have ever used. The handles were easy to use and switch out. Resistance was formidable and fun to challenge myself with.

This 90 lbs band tested at 28.81 pounds fully extended across the room. Is it weight you can use sure. But not at all the weight they claim.
