The auto cut off is not working from purchase, raised complaint Kirloskar surprise to learn warranty only valid for pump, auto cut off should be handled separately with SPARTA which is no direct sale and which is not through Kirloskar as per the Service Head of Kirloskar. I request Amazon to stop the sale of this False Product as Kirloskar and Block Etrade online from False Sales.

Pressure was too much that I have replaced the one HP motor with 0.5 hp horsepower motor Pressure sensor working intermittently after 6 months

This is a review after using it for a long term - 3 years. There are two parts to this product, a Standard 1 hp water pump and a pump on/off controller based on pressure. Warranty cover is only for the pump, which we found out the hard way. Our Controller went bad in first 3 months. had to replace some relays, but it still went bad again in 6 months. So we got a new controller from CRI. It is still working for 2 years, so i am assuming the controller that came with this product was substandard. The pump had no problem for 1 year, after which we started getting stalled motor multiple times due to windings and a lot of other reason, and since it was out of warranty, we had to get it repaired by ourself. Finally after 3 years, the pump is seized due mechanical failure of bearing, and repairing it also doesn't make sense I now replaced the motor with Crompton Ultimo, which in combination with the new controller is working well. I brought Kirloskar at that time after multiple reviews saying it is a better pump than others. but maybe it was not with the purpose of a booster pump. So everyone looking for pressure pump or booster pump, You should try getting a separate 1hp motor (depending on your budget) and separate controller, instead of a bundled product. It will be cheaper and a better quality than this.

A great product. Very easy to assemble.maintains about 3.5 bar pressure adequate to supply 3 bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine. Pressure is fantastic. Having a bath under a shower has a experience like bathing in torrential rain. 4 stars only because there is no system to control d pressure on d pressure switch. Also need to b very careful with ur plumbing lines specially if concealed. A minor leak will have d pump work continuously. Recommend have new lines and preferably GI .

I had purchased the item in the month of march this year20244 but due to delay in plumbing work installed the same 15 days later, as the product was not functioning I had raised complaint with Krilosker and the service guy has not yet turned up after so many complaint working of the pump is getting off and on every two minutes it made us frustrated it is painful to understand that if a assembled part of the machine is not working ( the main component ) I don't know whether is covered under warranty or not theykeep on asking serial no though I provided invoice,warranty bill until now my problem is not solved.i am very hopeful that Amazon will take up this with vendor and get is sorted as possible and help us which they promised and known for.
