At first i was worried this would not be long enough for the distance from my desk phone to where i sit, but it is the perfect length! There is no need to "play" with the cord because there is no extra length to move out of the way when i talk and write notes during a call.

Easy to install, great size/length. Does not tangle my cord anymore. I can use my phone's handset and the cord lays flat.

They work well for what was intended. One if them did not fit my phone. They were shorter than I originally thought

I’m sorry I just can’t find a phone cord that won’t tangle at some point , and the Adapters make my phone static

A lifesaver. My office phone was constantly twisted to the point that sometimes it'd almost jerk the phone off the desk when i lifted the handset to answer. It's not been twisted once since I switched to this. I've encouraged everyone at the office to get them.

Know no one has "land-lines" anymore, but I do, and the phone cords don't work. I can't even use it, not sure if the "untwisty" adapter works either, but I put these on my phone, and no one can hear me. waste of my money.

I bought the pack of two for my office.My co-workers line got glitchy after a couple of weeks but mine still worked great.After they repalcement they both worked great.However, now its been two months and my phone line is glitche.

My office phone chord seriously drove me insane and this has saved me significant heart ache however silly that sounds. It’s a life changer from those horrible coiled up things that make your phone fly across the room every time you try to answer the dang phone.

Excellent customer service. One item out of the two was defective and I didn't bother to return it but the seller refunded in full.The other one works perfectly fine and I'm happy with it.

We had issues with the mic on the receiver cutting out with old cords due to the cord twisting up and pulling on the jack. This combo pack has all but eliminated the issue

The quality was not bad but the cable was probably about 6” NOT 6 ft , there’s no way that this is 6ft uncoiled!!! I would never have ordered his had I known how short these are

These seem to be of good quality, the spinner fits on the handset end so it is compatible with our Polycom phones. Good sound, no static unlike many other spinners I've tried. Hope it lasts.
