Review: Feels amazing not too harsh!! - I’ve tried quite a few things for back and neck discomfort, and I was pleasantly surprised by this massager. The kneading feels strong enough to actually make a difference, rather than just vibrating on the surface. I especially like the heat—it makes the whole experience much more relaxing. I also like that I can position it in different areas depending on where I’m sore, including my neck, shoulders, and lower back. It’s convenient to use while sitting on the couch, and I don’t have to ask someone else to massage the knots out of my back. For the price, I think it was a great purchase. If you carry a lot of tension in your neck, shoulders, or back and like a fairly deep massage, this is definitely worth trying.

I’ve been using this neck and back massager and overall I’m very happy with it. It really helps relieve back and neck discomfort, and I especially like the heat function. I’m 5’2”, and I feel like the massager might fit someone with a broader or larger back a little better. On me, the massage points don’t always line up exactly with the areas of my neck and back where I need them most. I also wish it had one more intensity level. Sometimes the massage feels a little too gentle for me, especially when I want a deeper massage. My other suggestion would be to make it longer so it covers more of the back. The heat feels very nice, but because of the size, it doesn’t reach as much of my back as I would like. Even with those small drawbacks, it is a very good massager and it has definitely helped me with back discomfort. I would recommend it, especially if you enjoy a gentler massage with heat.
