Bright!
I use this with the built-in timer which simulates sunrise - daytime - sunset. This is a really nice light that barely takes up any space. Seems good quality.

Great light by Hygger!
I have been fishkeeping for 20 years and have used all of the different brands and types of lights. Recently I have noticed some brands selling for much less that are 99% as good as the expensive "high end" brands.Hygger is one of the value brands that actually have some great products! Take for example this light. It works perfectly and is super simple to set up by selecting your preferred hours of operation by selecting the timer button. Once that is finished, it's basically left on its own and nothing for you to worry about.The auto wake and auto dim feature are also nice for your livestock, so they dont go from dark to bright...its more of a gradual awakening, such as in nature. If the light is to dim or bright for your setup, you can adjust the intensity as well.Overall, great value! 5 starsThank you and I hope this was helpful.

Too Bright for 20 High
24hr function is great but too bright. Timer works in lieu but doesn’t do the sunrise/sunset/moonlight. This would work on a 29g but it’s approaching nuclear on my 20g High. I can see the algae grow; would be great for green water

Trust the Brand
I have yet to ever own anything made by Hygger and not been happy with it. Back in the day our old lights did one thing, that was turn on and off. We have came a long way, because now we have lights that can mimic the true environment for our fish. This light will allow you to setup and configure sunrise, and then sunset and then the night time feature. The setup is quick and easy, you will need to pair with the light. The light depth is perfect for smaller tanks. You will use the brackets to extend or shorten the length of the light.
