This is a life saver for bottle fed babies parents. (TBH, this is not amust for your baby since boiling feeding bottles also works fine. This device is for your convenience). But for parents, it's literally a must!! The best part is it has dryer, along with steam sterilization. Note, dryer is very important so that there is no mold growth in the nipples of baby bottles. Also, drying bottles witha cloth or air drying is too much hassle when you have a new born to take care of. I am writing this review after using this machine for 5 months and I've not yet faced any problem. It's does its job very very well.The heating plate stains due to hard water(it gets stained even if we used bisleri water). There are detailed instructions in manual how to descale it. But I only vim liquid and scrub(once every month) and it gets descaled and cleaned. If you are not descaling it, it's heat will decrease and dryer won't work properly.Also, in 1 of the reviews I had read that it doesn't auto shut. However, mine auto shuts properly. But only be careful if there is powercut. If there is powercut it will start again and not from where it left. However, even if that happens there is no melting or anything.

This sterilizer works really well and very easy to use. Its material is good and easy to handle. Size is appropriate.Overall a value for money product.

The media could not be loaded. I had purchased health sense baby bottle steriliser on 18 Jan 2025. It has stopped working in 2 months from the purchase date.Build plastic and usability is good . But it stopped working in only 2 months.There is no proper support or customer care for the company.No local service centres for repair.I felt helpless after spending 3800 rupees for the steriliser and now it is not at all working.Really disappointed.Not recommended to buy , please go for reputed brands like Philips where we have service centres and can get the device repaired.

Product went bad in just 15-20 days, support model is pathetic, product goes to bangalore for team to look into the issue and fix it. This process tales forever and you have to go back to the traditional boiling your bottles way even after spending money on a steriliser. Not recommended. Been 10 days still waiting to hear back from support.
