Velcro is super strong... weight adjustment, comfort, and quality is top notch .even the blue fabric is of top quality..really impressedI don't know whether they are of exact size as mentioned since don't have weight machine to measure that but all I can say is product top quality, no allergy to skin issue, Velcro super strong , design v good..even can attack the weight to knee

Convenient price, good purchase for home exercises
I've been asked to do weight training for losing a couple of kgs. I already have two sets of dumbbells and this new addition, I hope, will make it better. The quality is rough and not very breathable. Which means it leaves sweaty patches on legs and arms. The roughness makes it a little difficult to use too. But it's really convenient. I would love to see how it goes after usage. The size is appropriate too. I think it can double as an arm weight too.

Five kgs is too much. Weight slips and It causes bone pain. Limit yourself to half of the weight.
Product is good, but one should consider that five kgs is too much for one ankle. The weight presses against the bone and causes pain. I have observed that Amazon basics sells a maximum of 2.5 KG for ankle weights. But this company sells five kgs.

Poor quality
Very poor quality.Velcro keeps disintegrating (small pieces come out) after each use.The straps to hold the weight keep coming out of the buckle. This has happened with 2 products, so not going with these again.

Functional but poor quality velcro. Started shedding after 3 months. If it stops sticking then it's useless.
