This is a phenomenal, must-read book. Towards the end, it felt a little repetitive and overstayed its welcome by maybe 20 pages, but overall, it's a life-changer. There's a lot of technical health information as well, but it's laid out in simple terms. I was instantly inspired to follow the call to action laid out in the book, and I can already feel the positive changes.
