It was such a huge upgrade overall the terrible original head strap that comes with the Quest 3. Installing it took less than a minute, and it is so comfortable. The padding feels extremely high quality, especially for the price. It is very easy to adjust and can fit any head shape. It also helps to balance the weight better on your head. This was huge for me because I used to get headaches fairly quickly when using my headset, but this strap fixed all of my issues. The only way it could be better was if it had a battery, but I didn't want to spend the extra money for that.
