Posh External 2.5 inch Sata Casing Hard Disk Drive USB HDD Case(Silver or Black)

after reading soo many comments and reviews I decided to purchase this product. now I'm here with great news for users like me. this product works great, there is now need to install any drivers just plug and play. some users reporting that this one is not working. may be its fault there side I think.what I like most1.casing (metal body looks smooth)2.speed( first I think its USB 2.0 I thought it little bit slow but when test that is average speed is 28-30Mbbs)3.package4.amazon service ( as usual amazon did a great job)5.Price(best deal from amazon. I checked local stores for this product they saying nearly 500/- )6.compact design(I'm attached picture refer that one)troubleshoot:for those who getting problem while connecting here is my advice.first I connected my device to my lap. it showing connecting but it not showing any driver on my computer. then go to "disk management" see whether your disk showing or not. if not its problem with your disk or else format the disk and create a new partition it will recognize your system.I'm attaching some screenshots and pics they may help you guy.by the way, thanks amazon for this great deal.- i hope this will help you guys

This is truly awesomeI had to transfer good amount of data and it was of a good help, plug and play. USB 2.0Only concern is it used to get real hot due to the aluminium body, so was afraid something would happen.But I kept the fan in the room on while it was transferring data and no problems.The case quatity is decent, the cable however can't say but works for now lets see

Working as expected. but case tightening screwes are missing. possible to send me these screws once again? I will chnage my rating for sure. I cannot return as i need this case urgently.

Very good, easy plug& play

The product i received was not working. I didnt tested the product once i received. Tried to use the product for the first time 6months after receiving and found it was not working. Just the red led would light up, nothing else. Nothing wrong with amazon because if i reported the issue in the return period, they would have replaced it.

It's a good product .... Just keep in mind .. That to be careful while inserting the hard disk in the socket it may break as it's delicate and it easily offers a transfer speed to 30 mbps to 40mbps depending on the speed it able to cover fast.. overall a very good product for this price range

I selected this case since I wanted a case for occasional use and not regular use, so my main criterion was cost. But, the hard disk was not working after inserting in case (when I connected hard disk without case, it did worked though)So, if you are happy with connecting cable, you may consider it as an option. If you are looking for a case then don’t go for it

The cable too short. What is wrong if the length of the USB connector is kept 1.5 ft length? How much it will cost? The Quality of the cable also is not good. Even the local vendor sells at Rs.325/- with good quality cable. So stinginess, thinking narrow mindedly.Otherwise I would have given 5 star.
