These have a great look. The black adds a lot of sophistication. These can be used to serve food on, or for everyday use. The stoneware is durable and strong. This is giftable.

This is a nice sized serving platter. Perfect for crackers, cookies, fresh veggies or fruit, cheese, etc. Would make a nice edition to a table set with crudités.It would work well as a an appetizer or hors d'oeuvre platter as well as it can comfortably fit spanikopita, shrimp, crab rangoon etc for a small get together. If one is Italian, then burrata, mozzarella, basil, tomatoes would fit nicely.That it is sold as a 4 piece set is great because it's a cost-effective purchase. Very good value for the money.Plates are decent quality, about medium weight. Plain white colour is nice as it easily matches ramekins and other serveware suitable for restaurant or informal dining.

These versatile trays are a great size for serving, and while they're a little large as a plate, they'd work for that too. They aren't perfectly white, just a tiny bit off, but they match the rest of my porcelain and ceramic dishes well enough. I can only notice if I hold them right next to each other. They're heavy and sturdy and will hold up to regular use no problem.

These serving trays are great for large or small gatherings. They were particularly useful when we decided to get an array of Middle Eastern food for dinner (i.e., baba ganouj, hummus, chicken and lamb kabobs, tabbouleh, fattoush, etc.). Instead of cluttering the counter with lots of containers, we were able to arrange everything on 3 of these trays along with some serving spoons and make everything easily accessible to everyone. (My apologies for not including a picture with the food, but we were hungry, and writing this review wasn't uppermost in my mind at the time) 😎Because of their shape, the trays don't take up a lot of space, and the space they do use is used very efficiently! The trays are well constructed and sturdy and can take a knock. But, as they are ceramic, they won't take a fall at all! Completely dishwasher safe, they come out ready to be stored away until the next time they are put into service. We got the 14" version (vs. the 12" offering), and for ~$1.25 each for the additional 2 inches, I consider it money well spent.While they stack perfectly, I will say that you should make sure you've a place picked out to store them (but keep them accessible) when not in use. But, that aside, you'll find that you made an excellent decision if you decide to get these for yourself (or for a gift)! Believe me, once you have them, you'll know that this is the only way to go!
