First off, that was a statement and not a question. Since I assume that you are wondering if it's any good, I've seen instant coffee packets from WWII military rations that were good 70 years later. As long as water or air doesn't get inside the package, there not much to go bad.

Anyone using these in a protein shake?

Yup. I do one packet in some warm water on the side, prepare the shake (I use EAS 100% protein in vanilla), pour in dissolved coffee, and shake away. It's pretty good.

What is the difference between House Blend and Original?

I don't know how the company describes it but to me the House Blend is smoother.
