I hate the inserts in my sports bra, they deforme,it's hard to put them back and the make my breast look like pancakes. My bra size is 34 C1/2 and these babies fit good. It's very easy to insert them in my sports bras and they gave me good support and nice look for the girls. Very easy to clean them. For me they are the best.

This is exactly what I was looking for! Perfect for anything requiring a strapless bra.

It too big and uncomfortable for me. It has 2 sticky sides and it doesn’t look nice when you’re wearing thin clothes. Also, it doesn’t stick completely to your body and there are gaps.

The adhesive is on each side. It is the kind that releases n re sticks. So you can put it on skin but I think that would get uncomfortable. I tried them with silicon and wile they don't look so great in the pics samwiched into a bra between the silicon they did perfectly fine. The kept attracting lint an came unstuck a few times but other wise did what they set out too do. Upped them one size maybe a little less.Though the feel became a bit too firm.I would mark them higher but I've come too see them as semi disposable because they r so stick eventually they will be a mess. I've gotten some off by washing items like these but eventually they won't stay put.Alltold they function , n are not quit what I expected. But as they are not expensive they are acceptable.buy with the knowledge of what your getting an their fine.

These sticky bra inserts were great for all my different uses. Its very comfortable and work great as the sticky material is strong and stay on for the duration of the time I wear them. They are easy to wash with water and set them to dry naturally. This brand is worth the money and recommend

Product too narrow for my wide breast. At most this is ok for an A cup leaning a little bit to B cup. I'm between a B and a C cup. Did not work for me. Overall the stickiness is superb and I can tell it would give a substantial breast size up when worn. Well made.

Both sides of the bra inserts are sticky. Sticks to clothes and skin. Does the job. And easy to clean.

These sticky pads work great. They stick for a long time! I will likely be able to use these for years. They are comfortable and haven't bothered my skin at all. Highly recommend!

Didnt love, were very sticky just felt so bulky and was worried about them unsticking as i became sweaty.

It lifts the bo**, making it easier to wear those shirts where the bras would show up.
