I unboxed this item a day after it arrived, supposedly 'brand new'. The safety glasses were dirty and have HUGE, very deep scratches all over them. They look like a dog has chewed on them! Absolutely unacceptable.

To be honest it’s been almost a full month already. I’ve used the machine 3 times a week and even though it says 75% of your hair will fall around this time mi legs look exactly the same I want to believe there are tiny patches but I’m pretty sure that’s just hair that had not grown in the 2 days it took for me to shave again for the treatment. Also I make sure not to touch the same area twice but my last time I got my legs almost fully covered with little burned red lines

So I believe this is supposed to have a cooling feature but it does not offset how hot the device gets. And be warned you will burn yourself. Not a fan and there are better devices there that are faster and better with the heat that comes out.

Tried multiple times in a month, didn’t work at all

I'm not sure if it works as advertised as it stopped working halfway through my third use. The sensor was no longer working so no light pulses were being generated. Such a shame as it's such an expensive product!

When I decided to bought this it’s 5 stars review. I tried it out at least 8 times but it seem nothing changed at all.

My friend recommended me this specific machine after she had used it and seen wonderful results. I am busy and I can’t stay consistent with it for my whole body as directed but I am consistent with my chin and upper lip and it works great. Keep in mind it takes time and consistency to see great results like everything in life but it’s worth the effort.
