Not enough Quality Control on connectors
I'm writing this review because one of the nuts shipped with the product wasn't machined correctly and didn't have adequate threads to tighten against the nuts. Also of note, while the bolts on the other castors were able to be tightened, because of the slots in the casters and the underlying base metal, the bolts tended to slide when being tightened. Either some washers or no slots in the base metal would have helped with this design deficiency. Also, a slight rub in one of the wheel bearings it would seem.

Looked like it got run over by a truck
Cart was received all bent and mangled. It is very sturdy, so I don't even know how something like this happens in shipping. We have an internal shop that bent the cart back into shape for me so that I would not have to go through the hassle of returning as I am sure that would have been a PITA. Cart works great otherwise. Sturdy and quiet which is what I was going for. Not necessarily the seller or carts issue that it came like it was hit by a truck, but still very disappointing.

Easy to assemble and sturdy
This worked out well for me. Easy to put together and very sturdy. I love that it folds up and stays out of the way when not in use.
