Feel like a hug
The blanket has a nice weight to it being so thin. The surface is pleasantly cooling and silky to touch. I washed it on delicate cycle and hung to dry. Not sure how much it does at removing heat but it doesn't make me sweat more than I would with a usual blanket

Pleasantly surprised!
When you have a hubby who runs hot at night, add a couple of 100-lb dogs that decide our bed is their spot, too; things get a little heated at night. Add to that, our nearly 100-year-old house doesn't have air conditioning, so we're relegated to window units to keep our bedrooms cool at night (and they have to work extra hard during the heat waves when we have them, which happens more often than not lately!), this comforter is much needed! I had my doubts that it would actually have a cooling effect, but it really does! It's smooth and silky and cool to the touch - it definitely helps keep things from getting too hot at night, which enables a decent sleep. I'm not sure if I was sent a queen size vs. a king size, but the one I got barely covers our king mattress, I would love it if they made an oversize version to thwart the blanket wars. ;)

Best comforter ever!
This is legit the best comforter I've ever owned. It's lightweight so it doesn't sleep hot at all. It's also beautiful! And super soft. It's holding up to dogs laying on it and being washed. I also love how big it is! I got a king for my queen bed, but it's so long it hangs almost to the floor on both sides.

King Cooling Comforter Set
I like how this king comforter fits on our bed. It is very comfortable, and feels like it keeps you cooler than conventual ones. It's made from quality fabric and easy to store when not in use. A good value for the money.

Feels cool to the touch. However, it is does not have a cotton feel
Good blanket for the summer.It feels cool to the touch and doesn't get very hot as you sleep. However, it doesn't have that nice "cotton" feel. So I wanted to use them with a comforter cover. If not, they have that "sleeping bag" feel. It is not as polyester like, but you can tell it's not the same as normal comforters.
