I must open with I’d actually give 4.5 but because the good very much outweighs the bad so far, I rounded up. My only little frustration is that the plastic suction attachment comes off very easily, but it’s an annoyance with lots of solutions. Otherwise very well thought out with thoughtful accessories like the tongue scraper, long tweezers, cleaning tools and syringe.

The suction works and I was successful getting the stones out but the vacuum attachment is already starting to come apart from the handle. I have used it just a couple times so pretty upsetting it’s coming part already

Finally got around to charging this because of some stubborn tonsil stones. ITEM WOULD NOT CHARGE! Waiste of money. It also came with a phone type charger not a standard plug..did not like this either. Never got to see if it would work effectively.

This item worked much better than expected. It was quiet, suction was great it has 8 levels. Definitely a great purchase.

It works but it’s a little uncomfortable and it makes me gag (which is understandable). All in all it’s a good product.

Easy to use, does the job painlessly. Popped them out instantly. Should have bought one sooner.

The unit doesn't charge, so it cannot even turn on. It is absolute garbage. What's worse than the waste of money, is the waste of time. Do not buy.

I bought this in hopes it'd help me get rid of tonsil stones. It's a really good device in theory, however, poorly designed. The tubes are too thick to reach the areas you'd need to flush to get rid of the stones. It comes with tons of different tools, which is nice. If you're just trying to get a way to just wash your throat better, this might work for you. Otherwise, I found it really difficult to use it effectively.
