Great value. Perfect knife for home cooks or professionals
Affordable, good steel, comfortable handle, well balanced. Great deal. Handle scales aren’t made of super strong plastic, but if you respect the knife it will last!Keep it away from prolonged heat exposure, and always wash your kitchen knives by hand.

Amazing knife
Knife is amazing. I was surprised how well it works for the price. It’s not one of my favorite knives. I currently have many Japanese knives and sushi knives with this is now my new favorite. I like the balance and the length of it.

WAAAAY better than I anticipated.
Better than it has any business being! Not a 5 star knife, but it gets a 5 star review for hitting way above it's weight class. Bought this to practice sharpening and was pleasantly surprised by what a workhorse it could be. I've bought cheap knives before for this and spent hours hot rodding them before giving them to friends or selling at a yard sale.Let's start with the blade. The blade is a one sided right-handed bevel. It's 440A which is a pain to sharpen but it very corrosion resistant and pretty durable. Anyone who's ever had a Cutco knife knows. Upon arrival, I found the blade had a slight bend but it was nothing that couldn't be fixed by putting the blade on the counter and pulling up on the handle a bit.The fit and finish is what really surprised me. I was expecting to have to grind down some metal on the handle but it was very smooth. The spine and choil are not rounded but one can't complain at this price.Overall, this is a $60+ knife that I only spent $13 on. Would absolutely buy another at some point. This is a great knife to give to a beginner or just have as a beater in the kitchen.
