These are very nice bright lights that are a huge improvement over the fluorescent lights we had. I like them and will order more because I will apparently need to have some on-hand for replacements for the ones that don't work like they are supposed to. I have ordered about 40 of the lights for an office building renovation. I ordered them ahead of time so we would have them when they were needed. The lights have been installed for about two months now, and all of a sudden, two of lights stopped working. I don't think a 30 day warranty is appropriate for an item like this. They claim to work for at least 50,000 hours. The two that stopped working have hardly been used for the last two months because the office space was vacant.

I knew I didn’t want the new led panels to be yellow and opted for the 5000k daylight panels from Blueplanet2000. I was somewhat hesitant to order for the entire office without seeing how they looked, so I ordered for a couple rooms first to check them out. They look great and it definitely brightens up the office. I have ordered the remaining panels and expect them in a couple days. They are listed as prime delivery and fulfilled by Amazon and there was a major glitch on first time I ordered. After about 2 weeks, I still didn’t have a shipping date/arrival date. I contacted seller and they were very responsive and showed me a screenshot that confirmed that Amazon had plenty of their product. After contacting Amazon, I had to cancel the order and then reorder them. I wasn’t in a super big hurry for them so it turned out fine, but it was a bit odd as this was the first time I have ever ordered anything from Amazon that didn’t have super fast delivery. I figure they are due for a glitch every now and then since they are usually lightning fast. My second order to complete all lights at the office went through without a hitch. It wasn’t typical lightning fast 2 day prime delivery (I ordered Tuesday at 4pm and they are set to arrive Friday) which is fine by me and understandable I suppose given the weight and dimensions of boxes. Amazon has spoiled us these days when we order some items late night and they seem to arrive the next day. The boxing for these panels seems to be well done. Everything was in good shape.If I had any complaint/suggestion it would be to be super careful and gentle when you insert the power supply and neutral wires into the plastic wire connector inside the LED driver box. The plastic connector can break easily, so insert the wires gently and be gentle as you tuck the wires into the driver box as you replace the lid so as not to put too much pressure on these plastic wire connectors. Not a big deal if you are gentle, but they will break if you get too carefree about stuffing wires into the LED driver box.

I have been replacing 2'x4' fluorescent lights with these 2'x2' led panels. They are so much brighter as they do not decay over time as do the fluorescents. Super lightweight and easy to install. I tell everyone I could train a monkey to do it! One panel came damaged out of 16 and it took me about 15 minutes to repair it with no special tools or skills. One panel worked intermittently and Amazon gave me a credit for it in just a few minutes, no questions asked. I WILL definitely be buying more of these lights!!!

I bought these lights for the finished basement which has to keep its drop ceiling due to pipes and wires. I hated the old fluorescent fixtures: blubs constantly going out, flickering, the plastic cover that would always need cleaning. I looked very carefully to find these and I love them! I have 4 panels for the basement which is exactly the amount needed for the space. These lights are truly dimmable: not a 3 way like so many others that call themselves dimmable. I made sure to get the 0-10V LED Dimmer Switch ( actually got 2 in order to allow the front section of the room to be lit, just the back part, or both). I did have these installed by an electrician who was impressed with the fixtures. Love these!

Very light weight flat panels, and the power supply boxes are separate from the fixture, therefore making for a very easy and flexible hookup to power, in the shop I installed them in the power lines up in the drop ceiling wouldn't have reached all the way to a light fixture, so having a separate power box was genius.Light is pure 5000k which is exactly what I needed

We just purchased 20 of these LED flat light fixtures. There were 4 LED's to the box and the packages were wrapped and reinforced properly so that there was no damage to the light fixtures. We replaced 20 of our existing fluorescent 2 x 4 foot light fixtures. These LED's were easy to install with the same wiring and they are much brighter.

Bought over 40 of these lights. Very easy to install, makes lighting brighter and much more consistent. With florescent some were yellow, and some were dimmer, and some were clear. Only improvement I would suggest is making holes for electrical larger to accommodate wiring.

I thought I would have to hire an electrician and it turned out that this produce was easy to install as long as you have some understanding of electrical. Brightness was perfect for our office area.

These lights are a prefect fit for our 2x4 suspended ceiling. Very bright and easy to install. Junction box on the light made for easy install of electric wires.

Originally ordered a 4-pack. 2 of 4 fixtures worked on install. Contacted seller asking about two replacements. Was told they only sold 4-packs. Not able to just send 2-fixtures. Said they could give discount on a four pack= half price?. But I replied I only require 2 to suit the x4 surface mount kits I had already mounted to install the original x4 fixtures. So, really just need x2 fixtures. Don’t need the power supplies even. As the original x4 worked fine but the x2 fixtures themselves were the problem. Long story short. After crickets on the follow-up of credit or refund on the difference of the original purchase. I bought another 4-pack straight-up. Have not had installed yet. BUT when I do. I will contact seller yet again to ask when this rebate will be issued. If at all. Which will dictate adjusting my review/ratings and further comments related to the product & seller. AND ALL four better work,.. not just 50% wether I need them or not!

Seemed like fairly decent lights. Not too difficult to install and they are very low profile so easy to fit into a 4x2 space without much clearance. They give out a bit more light than the Florescent tubes I had previously in place.Unfortunately after 4 months, one of the lights has failed. It got minimal use as it was installed in my laundry room. The other three are installed in my home offices and get a lot of use, on/off frequently. Still no problem with the other 3.As it turns out, the light had shorted out. I had to splice an extension to the short wires included on the controller and one of the splices let go and had shorted the light. Partly my fault, partly due to the controller wires being too short. The wires are small, probably around 18 gauge so you need tiny connectors to extend the wire (and of course you'd need some 18 gauge wire). They can be connected using the length of wire included with the controller, but they don't give you much play to place/move the controller.UPDATE:The company was quick to respond and had an amiable solution to the shorted light.
