Cool Bike, But...
This is a great looking bike and well made. The assembly instructions are not well written (no pictures either) and use lots of terminology many people likely won't understand, but it's easy enough to put together regardless... with the exception of one major component -- the brakes. First, BUYER BEWARE -- if you order this bike with the 20-inch wheels, the U-brake that's provided is hard to fit with that wheel size. The brake placement is too close to the wheel and the tire will rub against the housing unless adjusted perfectly. Secondly, the brake does not come pre-aligned or wired, so you'll have to do that yourself, which can be difficult and frustrating. In all, the assembly process was simple enough, but the U-brake installation made this a bit of a chore.

Tires popped
My son bought this bike with his own money at 11. And has had a lot of issues!! The tires popped! I’m assuming the pressure of the tires when they arrived were not correct we checked them and adjusted as needed. And they still popped! Like someone stabbed a hole through them! Also the brakes have never worked correctly and squeak very bad. Who can I contact about these issues?
