Good after sales service
My cats loves this heated mat so much they missed the heat when the power supply failed within the 12 months warranty period. I wrote to the supplier n they immediately replied n confirmed they would send me a new one by express next day courier. Now, that is what I call "excellent after sales service"

The cat and the heated mat
The mat arrived promptly and my cat took to it straight away. He is an old cat and suffers from arthritis so the heat seemed to suit him, if he got too hot he has another bed beside it that he moves on to. Since the weather turned warmer I have left it off but still in place so it can be used if necessary.

This is a WARMER not a space heater or furnace, and that is just the way the ANIMALS like it.
These are not human heating pads; they do not cycle hot, warm, hot, warm; they do not turn off after a certain amount of time; they do not "feel" hot to the touch - until you plop it on the back of your office chair while you browse Amazon, and realize how nice and warm your back feels, this is the only way you will actually FEEL how the heat works. Not because it is "pressure activated", it is not; but it is designed for a pet to lay on it without pressure points getting dangerously hot, and yet provide a significant amount of heat - the darn thing is brilliant, uses almost zero electricity, and is by far the best option for pets who DO NOT DIG OR CHEW.I have lost count how many of these I have bought...for myself, my vet, fellow wildlife rehabilitators....they are brilliant warmers - never any fear of a compromised animal overheating or getting burned; keep the outdoor dogs comfy, cosy, and warm (yes, they CAN come inside, they have a dog door, some prefer the unheated 10x10x10 wooden Dog House that has two rows of crates, without doors - and each one has blankets and a K&H pad - along with a communal sleeping bench, also with blankets AND heated pads) and seem to be indestructible , as I have yet to have one I own, or have given to the vet hospital or other rehabbers fail.NOTE: if your pet is prone to chewing or digging, look at the K&H hard plastic heated pads - I also have them, and trust me, the animals do not find the hard surface displeasing or unpleasant - in fact, they will burrow under anything placed on top TO lay directly on the hard plastic surface).

Very disappointing
the heating element of this pad is very small compared to the size of the mat and the one delivered to us only heated up the plug and not the actual product. Very disappointed given the price; hence item returned.

Why did I wait so long to buy these!!!!
My cats are almost 15, I wanted a nice warm spot for them, my one cat took to it immediately the other cat took about 3 weeks and she's the one that is always on it now. They spent the winter warm and cozy. My only regret is that I didn't buy heating pads for them sooner. I keep them plugged in all the time and I put a towel on top so that I don't have to deal with the cat hair and the warmth comes through perfectly. 100% recommend these.
