Voltas WD Minimagic Pure T Table Top Water Dispenser | Hot, Cold & Normal Water | White

I've been using this Voltas water dispenser for about 15 months. I bought it for ₹8,500, and it's now priced around ₹11,379, so it has been a good value purchase for me. The build quality is good, and it has worked reliably without any major issues. The cooling and heating functions are still working well after more than a year of regular use. I recently measured the water temperatures with a kitchen thermometer: Hot water: ~68°C Middle ("Normal") tap: ~13.6°C Cold tap: ~10.9°C One thing buyers should know is that the "normal" tap does not dispense room-temperature water on my unit. Instead, it dispenses cool water, and the difference between the normal and cold taps is quite small (only about 2.7°C in my case). If you're expecting the middle tap to provide water at room temperature, you may be surprised. Apart from that, the dispenser is quiet, easy to use, and the chilled water is refreshing. The storage cabinet is also useful for keeping cups and other small items. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend it. I only wish Voltas clearly explained in the product description that the middle tap provides cool water rather than true room-temperature water, as that would help set the right expectations for buyers.

Buy Bluestar instead. Reviewed after using for 1 month. Cons: 1. Water leakage started. 2. Coil became weak. Has to change it. 3. Sad customer care. Won't listen. They'll only take information. I had to call 5 times to register a complaint. And spent 1 hr doing it, while losing my patience. 4. (Paid call) long waiting time. 5. Plastic Taps are weak & Pathetic. 6. Water drain system is sad. 7. Water inlet pot has only 2 tiny holes. Not enough for air to flow. 8. Body is worst quality plastic. 9. Cooling effect isn't like Bluestar. 10. Wasted a lot of time on it. Pros: 1. Tata Company 2. Online registration of complaint is available. Don't ever call customer care. They're a bunch of useless fellows. Verdict: Service mechanic told to never buy this product as he has never seen so many complaints from any other brand. Since he caters to both Bluestar and Voltas, he doesn't have to support any particular one. So he seems to say the truth and assures guarantee to buy Bluestar which is always better compared to Voltas in all products

The dispenser is not capable of supporting the weight of 20 Ltrs bottle, therefore when a 20 Ltrs bottle is placed on top of the dispenser the body of the dispenser become bent.i ordered the first one and it bent. and now i am ordered second one it also bent. So the manufacturing coy that make it should try to improve it.

Water is not coming from the normal tap. Water coming from cold is too cold to drink. Also, water taste different, then what originally it is.
