The packaging was great and shipment arrived fast. I was expecting a weird smell to be present as soon as I open the jar, but no. The capsules are in very a good condition. there was a silica gel pouch to prevent moisture which is nice. Are they effective? I do believe so.overall I got them on a deal and am really happy with the product.

I've been using this for 2 months, I have seen some positive effects in my skin and on my scalp as well, my scalp feeels very lightened and there is no itching sensation anymore as fish oil completes the need of omega-3 in body. But afterall this is just a supplement which acts as an aid for incomplete nutritions in our diet so we can say it has done it's work quiet well for me.
