Good Quality
I like this soy flour. It has a vibrant color, is finely milled, and has a good flavor. I use it in seitan and it adds a good texture to a vegan roast. The bag is useless of course, so make sure you have a container to put it in. Otherwise the flour will always spill everywhere and be too exposed to air.

Nutty flavor. Need to use more liquids.
The TAJ Soya Bean Flour is fresh. It adds a nutty flavor to recipes. It tastes best in recipes that had peanut butter flavor or chocolate. We had to add more liquids with this flour. We have not tried it for savory recipes. $10 for a 2 pound bag is a good price.

Be prepared to use a zip lock baggie or a sealed container to keep it fresh.
TAJ Soya Bean Flour 2-Pounds | Soy Bean Flour | All-NaturalFirst impressions: Nice bag of soy bean flour. The flour is ready to use but is not in a resealable bag. Be prepared to use a zip lock baggie or a sealed container to keep it fresh.Installation/setup: Use for baking, making flatbreads, and thickening sauces.Final thoughts: I use this instead of regular wheat flour or cornstarch to thicken sauces. I thickened them by making a roux but it can also be used by making a slurry. I also found this on the internet: Soy flour can be substituted for up to 30% of the all-purpose flour in a recipe without making any other adjustments. For example, if a recipe calls for 2 cups of all-purpose flour, you can substitute up to 2/3 cup (or approximately 10 tablespoons) of soy flour without making any other adjustments.⭐️1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality.⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or a very high price.⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable, It has some faults but the quality is ok for what it is.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable, it does what it promises.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

Soy flour to replace some carbs with protein
If using this to make a wheat flour replacement mixture, I'd suggest looking up a new recipe with it in mind. Replacing the flour in a familiar recipe has turned out weird every time. We tried a lot of wheat flour replacement mixtures to see which would make the best breading for frying and this could work in the right combination with other ingredients. This flour complements banana, nuts, or peanut butter, and works especially well if mixed with other types of flours. I'd keep it well-sealed in the freezer if not using it up soon so it doesn't go bad quickly.

As advertised...
This TAJ Soya Bean Flour seems fresh out of the bag. The flour is finely ground and very versatile to use: from baking to using as a nutty sort of thickener for gravy and soups. I wish this came in a resealable bag though, but beyond that I am satisfied with this.

Very fresh product.
Has a rich, fresh aroma. Finely ground. We use it in place of flour on some of our recipes to add a nuttiness and extra protein. You can replace up to 30% of regular flour in most recipe with soya flour without having to adjust the recipe. We store ours in glass jars after opening, vacuum sealed to maintain freshness. If you won’t use it too often, store in frig or freezer.Product of India.
