I found this very easy to drink and it was very refreshing. It was really too sweet for my taste but not excessively so. A very easy way to get 20g of protein for only 89 calories.

It taste exactly like vinto its been perfect for me getting started with my training again for the first time in over 18 years and cutting out all the junk food and drinks ect. It fully desolves in water no bits or clumping meaning no horrible texture when drinking it.
