LOVE reishi. i take it whenever i can. this has a quality source of it at a good dosage.it also has ashwagandha (which i take separately). rhodiola root (which i take separately), astragalus root (which i take separately). so you swee my issue with this... the extras added in to give it the appearance of 'more punch' & more 'bang for your buck' ruins it for me as I have to adjust everything ELSE im taking. thats a fail.wish this was just reish (& maybe the other shrrooms) with nothing else. because of this i am not taking these. but i dont have a negative issue with the product itself so am giving it 3/5. it just wont work for me.

As the title suggests, these arrived with the correct number in the bottle. The capsules were not stuck together, as some others have been. They are standard capsule size and easily swallowed. I don't keep them in my mouth long enough to taste them, so I can't comment on that.As I don't own a laboratory, I can't attest to the accuracy of their content claims. I also cannot tell you if they work at this time. It has not been long enough and frankly, each supplement will impact each person differently, so what works for me, might not work for you. It's best to approach the use of any new supplement, with an open unbiased mindset.I will report back only if I experience no effect or adverse effects.The bottom line is that they are priced well for the quantity and perceived quality.

This product meets most of my criteria for trustworthiness, given that it's not a brand I'm familiar with. It has a USA address on the bottle, it has the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) seal, (showing that the manufacturer abides by the standards of the FDA), and it has a seal indicating that it was tested by a 3rd party.The only negative is that it says "Inner Brightness Organic Supplements," but nowhere on the bottle do I see the familiar white and green USDA ORGANIC seal. So is it organic or not?I don't notice any specific benefits from this product, but I believe it's doing good things for me.
