Works as described. Easy to follow directions.

You use a spray bottle on dry hair instead of shampooing with the nix shampoo. I like this a lot better than how it used to be. You used to have to shampoo with their wash and then pick through the hair with the formula on. But with this you just spray the scalp amd root of the hair while it's dry. My daughter's hair was to her butt. Obviously I had to cut it because I couldn't comb through that much. So I cut it to her mid shoulders. Then I sectioned her hair and very slowly and methodically took out small parts, sprayed them, and ran the comb through. Then I let it dry and went through it again to pick out the remaining nits. There is a big spray bottle to spray your mattresses with. I sprayed the beds, couches, bean bag chairs, hammocks, brushes, carpet, and giant stuffed animals. I put the stuffed animals in plastic bags to sit in the sun for 72 hours.This is the 2nd time my daughter has gotten lice and this kit made it so much easier.

After spending almost $90, I should have bought This first.I am not around children, I don’t try on hats, and I only use my own combs and brushes. So I was horrified when I picked a bug from my hair. I did a google search after taking a picture of this critter. What the heck, how the heck did I get lice? Gross, right?I run to the store and get a lice kit. I used as directed. A month later and I still have them! Off to the store again, I get another kit, follow the directions. 3 days later!!! They are still there. Again, go and get another kit.Being at my wits end, I searched for a product with reviews on Amazon and found this product. I sprayed it on my hair as directed, put on a disposable shower cap, and let it sit on my hair for a few hours. I rinsed, shampooed, and conditioned my hair. With the conditioner in my hair I used a nit comb and thoroughly went through all my hair multiple times. Finally rinsed out the conditioner. I haven’t had a problem since. This is a great product that should be on store shelves.

Good for early catch, comb is great, the home treatment spray works well but we had to replace the sprayer, it was awful.

I had lice as a kid and it took forever to kill them. My daughter got lice for the first time and in a weekend this stuff killed all the bugs. I found none alive. Must make sure scalp and every strand is wet. I pray I never have to purchase again. Great product!!

This product along with the spray i swore fed those nasty pesky things and they got worse.

Ugh, we dealt with lice for months with my 9 year old who has very long, fine hair - feels like we tried every treatment on the planet and this is the one that actually worked!!! I’m so happy the problem is behind us. This kit is expensive but totally worth it - got four treatments for my daughter out of it and being able to spray down the soft furniture we couldn’t wash (like the sofa and car seats) was amazing. Worth every penny.
