It works as intent. Uncomfortable at first but you’ll get use to it. Would come out if I moved around too much though. I’d still it’ll not go anywhere

Bought this to help with my snoring. I used it for a few weeks to try to get used to it, but it made no difference in the snoring, and kept falling off through the night. Feels like a waste of money.
