My tax software required an update to Windows 11. The Mini PC was received 12-11-26. Prior to its arrival, I viewed a number of installation videos and determined OneDrive on my Windows 10 would be a timesaver - it has been a big deal. Installation went very, very smoothly. The migration issues encountered were with software purchased in the past six months which required assistance from software venders before these installed. My old, old software installed with zero problems. My internet and modem/router were updated in early 2025 for speed and Wi-Fi 6. These preparatory steps saved headaches and time. The easy installation and migration of my data from OneDrive were blazing fast. There is no noise from the mini desktop cooling system. The internet speed and computer speed combine to make this a very fast system. Windows updates always taken time, but all updates have been "fast enough." My printer (2012 HP Laserjet Pro P1102) and scanner (2014 Fujitsu - Scansnap Ix500) installed without incident with drivers downloaded from the manufacturer's website. The mini desktop coupled with the updated internet and modem/router combine to make this a very fast machine. There have been no software, hardware, computer or windows problems. Migration from one computer to another and from W10 to W11 takes operator time. The computer is not an issue. This is my third mini PC or mini desktop. I have an HP, Kingdel, and now a Geekom mini desktop. I've gone through three or four mouses and two keyboards: constant use with my tax software, tax library software, Excel, QuickBooks Desktop and Enterprise (2015 on). The W10 HP was carried in a sling bag from home to office everyday until the office shut down for the pandemic. I updated the HP for a W10 Kingdel - both are working: my tax software mandates W11. The Geekom has the memory, SSD storage space, speed, and internet / wi-fi card to last for a number of years. All of this to say, Geekom appears to be worth the money.

Great little computer. My only complaint is that it is a little slow when you turn it on, otherwise it works great. It’s very fast on line and works great. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with the GEEKOM XT1 Mega Mini PC. I’m very happy with this mini pc. Installation was easy and no problem at all seems to be very fast, responsive and solid construction. Windows worked the right way. And looks pretty on my desk
