We’ve used the large round back roller quite often for lower back pain. If you roll on it just for a few minutes. It really seems to relieve the pain for several days. Getting older stinks and back pain is not fun, but this helps. I also never have my back crack unless I’m using this and my back always cracks and feels so good afterwards. If you been skeptical about it I think you should just try it.

Wow, this works great. I was afraid if the foam & the ball would be too soft. both are rigid firm and work great.I have not used the roller bar and the rubber strip thing, but already satisfied.

First time foam roller. Amazing for lower back after just a few days. Seemed like a reasonable deal…Only bummer, and cause for lower rating, is the foam roller just cracked after 1 week. 😳 I guess it can’t handle my full body weight. So durability is a question. I’m a male, 190lbs so you’d think it should be sturdier.

This was exactly what I wanted and does the trick perfectly. The color does vary a bit and clashes like a 5 years who dressed themselves, however I don’t plan on wearing this so it perfect for getting g rid of sore muscles and losing up after a workout. The different shades of pink do not effect it’s ability to perform but also not great if you’re trying to be an aesthetic queen. I personally store my in a closet and only chose pink because it was on sale.

My daughter was happy with this set. Came with al the pieces, great price point. Has a bag to store them all in as well.
